During the congress, online information service will be provided between 08.00 – 18.00.

 

Invitation Letter

An invitation letter will be sent to the congress participants who have completed the registration process, upon request. This invitation letter only aims to help the participants get permission from the institutions they are affiliated with and does not provide any financial support to the participant.

 

Participation to the Congress

Congress participation is paid. Every user who makes the payment will be able to participate in the congress.

 

Certificate of Attendance

All registered participants of the congress will be able to receive their certificates after the congress.

 

Abstract Submission

All papers will be collected through the digiAbstract. Abstracts will not be accepted via e-mail. Since the abstracts will be printed as they are sent, attention should be paid to typographical errors.
